Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)
Tele Marketing Executive/Relationship Manager is expected to generate business through Cold Calling and generate Interested Leads for the Machinery loan, equipment loan, Industrial property loan & Working Capital. He/she will be responsible to do end to end follow with the concerned person till disbursement.
Key Functions & Responsibilities
Job Description:
– Pitch the products to the prospective customers & make the closures.
– Achieve lead generation & monthly Sales targets.
– Follow-up with the customers
– Coordinate with sales & marketing department
– Handle 120+ calls per day
Technical / Managerial Competencies Required:
– 1-5 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing
– Experience in Telesales of CASA,CREDIT CARD,INSURANCE,LOAN PRODUCTS.
– Experience in Finance / Insurance Industry would be preferred.
– Good communication skills in English & Hindi are required. Conversant with Marathi / Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Gujarati would be an added advantage.
