An internal technical role, the Client Onboarding Specialist, will be required to set up customers for immediate success by facilitating the implementation process for new accounts.
As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will educate new customers, help solve technical problems, and ensure smooth adoption of our product.
Challenges You’ll Tackle :
– Understanding the customer requirements and facilitating the transition of new clients from onboarding to self-sufficiency in a stipulated time frame
– Provide detailed account walkthroughs and assist new customers by educating them and answering any follow-up questions
– Develop in-depth knowledge of our product
– Leverage feedback for continuous improvement to the onboarding process and work-flows
– Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product and Quality
– Maintain a high level of process quality and consistency as well as an excellent relationship with the customer
What You’ll Need to Succeed :
– 1-3 years client onboarding experience, preferably in a SaaS company
– Passionate about customer success and driving positive customer outcomes
– Strong interpersonal skills, conducive to team development
– Able to collaborate well with a team, but can also manage their workload independently
